Conceived as a house for socialising, Relais San Desiderio offers large communal living areas where you can relax alone or in the company of others.
Breakfast is served in the internal garden and on the terrace in good weather or in the Salone di Luigi, on the first floor.
Among the other rooms the kitchen, available to guests who want to try their hand at the culinary, and the inner courtyard, a corner of peace where there are references to the rural life of the Monferrato.

Located on the ground floor, with its large windows overlooking the garden, this is the ideal place to relax and read or just sip tea prepared by your hosts.

Located on the first floor and centrally with respect to the bedrooms and kitchen, this is a place to meet and relax and offers a many separate spaces, from stylish sofas to large tables made from solid wood. Ideal for a break, a chat or to eat a meal or snack.
La cucina di Olga
The lady of the house prepares her delicious breakfasts here, but the kitchen is also available for guests who want to try their hand at cooking or simply want to prepare a snack or afternoon tea. They will find a kitchen complete with dishwasher, all the necessary equipment and basic necessities such as oil, salt, sugar, etc. at their disposal.
La terrazza sul Monferrato
Equipped as a sun porch with deckchairs, umbrellas and sunloungers, the terrace offers a magnificent view over the surrounding hills for sunbathing “with a view”.
Il giardino di Ignazio
Ignazio the gardener has created a peaceful courtyard with plenty of references to the rural life of Monferrato, like an old tractor turned into a planter, or the barn which becomes a meeting place for guests where they can take advantage of summer sunsets under its roof for an aperitif after a day cycling exploring the local vineyards or after walking to discover the beauty of Monferrato.
Check-in is fixed from 14:00 and check-out is fixed by 10:00. For all stays, will be required on arrival the imprint of a credit card guarantee will be returned on departure after the balance of your stay and check the apartment.
On departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and its furnishings clean. Where this does not happen the Directorate will charge 100 Euros for exceptional cleaning.

Inside the farmhouse, a wellness centre offers whirlpool bath, jet shower and Finnish sauna with no restrictions on use.
